Abstract
The history of Remote Viewing (RV) began over 30 years ago as Keijirou Kubota pointed out.@A national espionage project such as the Stargate project also existed in U.S.A.. It is unfortunate that Japanese Government failed to conduct such a project having done only one yearÕs worth of trial discussions. Although there are few RV researchers in Japan, some physicists as Shigemi Sasaki did many RV Experiments with gifted boys. As a result of participants in the Stargate project having been educated in its protocols, some RV systems were developed for the public market and these were imported for application to the Japanese culture by people such as Atsushi Sagawa and Echan Deravy. Especially Echan Deravy has developed his own original technical system called Total Remote Viewing for convenient use by Japanese. On the other hand, although TV shows on this field can be easily exposed to critics who do not take seriously as scientific programs but purely as entertainment . TV producers such as Shuji Honma and Naoki R. Takahashi have presented the status quo on world wide RV researchers. Using a lot of evidence they have overcome many of the criticism and so have shown us the reality of RV. This work may demand another look at the philosophy of MACROCOSMOS-MICROCOSMOS since the image can not reduced simply to the idea of Akasic Records, Arayashiki or Ether. It is important to also insist on the RV resemblance to Tairei (Primitive Spirits) discussed by Tomokichi Hukurai (discoverer of nengraphy) or the Psi Information System of Hideo Seki(Founder of PSIJ). Research in RV is connected deeply to the need for a new vision of a Living Cosmos. Both old and new problems need to be tackled using RV so that we may reconsider the fraudulent relationship we currently have of Man and the Cosmos.
