Abstract
A comprehensive hypnotherapy integrated with hypnotism, posthypnotic suggestion,digital acupoint pressing and massage is introduced into the clinical application. The subjects are 50 hemiplegic patients with functional impediment or disorder of their extremities as the main symptom. This method is found effective to 30 patients (thus a .curative rate is about 60%),This comprehensive hypnotherapy is a simple, convenient, non-pharmaceutical and safe technique with rapid and stable curative effect. it is valuable for helping the hemiplegic patients to recover their function of extremities as well as for researching the medical rehabilitation and the improvement of central nervous function at the affected side of hemiplegic patients.
