A Wave from Axiom of 1/f Fluctuations
Masayuki Nagatomi*

Abstract
Observations of many wave forms of 1/f fluctuations have led to a conclusion that there exists an implicit rule of formation of their envelopes geometricaly.
The rule is put into effect by making a pair of envelopes to be two sides of a specific triangle "U Δ".
The "U Δ" should have a base, having a specific length "U "and lying on a line which passes through a peak, bottom or turning point of wave and being parallel to the axis of absissas.
The "U " should be given by the following equation; "U " =30 × "U nit". The "Unit" is an observation unit, for example, in case of plotting a curve day by day, the unit is 1day. Hence, the "U "= 30 days.
The "30" is a proportional constant to be applied to any 1/f fluctuations, and has been led by inductive reasoning. Thus the intemal nlle shall be called as "U Δ Axiom".
The wave form of 1/f fluctuation is shown to be symmetry about both the axes, abscisas and ordinates, as to the formation of "U Δ". ln consequence, the waveform may be constructed as a multi "U Δ" structure.
The symmetrical nature of the waveform allow the now of autocorreration memory to both the directions, past and future, equally. lnfallible result is the problem of time axis, coming in touch with the "Psi" phenonena,
0ne of the promissing fields of application of the Axiom is that of prophesing the trend lines to be followed by the wave. Another field considered is that of extracting some extraneous signal or noise from the mixture of waves.
By the way, the meaning of digit 3 in "30" is considered referring to Mr.Sasaki's paper reported in the periodical "Psi Science".
