Partial Modification of the Hypothesis on Psi lnformation System
Hideo SEKI (GravitationaI Wave Research Committee)

Abstract
Several years ago, the same author proposed an hypothesis on "psi information system" (PIS) so as to explain all psi phenomena. So far, he has assurned univarinos as the ultimate particles those which are the constituent of all possible particles. And the diameter of a univarino was estimated as 10-70‐10-50 cm. Then he assumed ψ1-particles(hikochi)or a particle group of comparatively larger size and ψ2-particles (ashikahi)or a particle group of eomparatively smaller size, both being stll smaller than conventional elementary particles and formed as a result of proper conglomerations of the univarinos. The so-called PIS is presumably composed of ψ1 or ψ2 particles. This concept was pubhshed at page 34 of the book "Five Dimeas World" (U.S.L.197).
However, the author would like to abandon here the idea of univarinos, while conserving the remaining part of PIS hypothesis. The point of logical difficulty about the idea of univarinos stems actually from the infinite requirement to seek always the fundamental nature of the interspace between the ultimate particles. So the author has become gradually inclined to admit that the interspace will not be made clear even hereafter and should not be asked further. lnstead, we should assume that the space is filled by some unknown substance as "nutrino sea" or the revival of the "ether".
